Jackpot Blue Stripe - Button Down Long Sleeve Shirt by 66 Clothing - Beatles 60s Mod Skin Style

There are some fantastic images of the original '60s mods wearing striped shirts like these. They are simply too cool. Before starting "66 Clothing", I would spend a long time searching for this kind of item, but the collars or some details were never quite right. So, as you can imagine, I am delighted that we now have this design in our collection.

All the details are perfect, including a button-down collar with collar buttons aligned with the top button placket, and so forth.

These are limited edition, made exclusively for us in Portugal by a small, family-run business.

In the picture below, you can see Roger Powell, drummer with the Mod legends The Action. We assume he must have purchased this in Carnaby Street or some boutique in London.

Styling

Indeed, these shirts can be worn casually at the weekend, perhaps to a festival, or by a band at a soul, mod, or ska event, and they also look sharp under a jacket.

The fabrics we select pair excellently with jeans and many of our shoes & boots, although they can also complement a variety of other style choices.

These shirts are exclusive to us and are not available anywhere else.
